- Building Regulations Part L set standards in terms of u-value and air tightness and recommend maximum use of rooflights to reduce energy consumption.
- Options available to meet the minimum u-value requirements of 2.2W/m2K
- All comply with the air leakage requirements of Part L
- Triple glazed options available

Flat Roof Ventilation Terminals are also available either with integral upstand for fitting directly to the deck or for installation on a builder’s kerb.

Glidevale Metrodome rooflights have been independently tested and meet the highest impact resistance (1200 joules) to pr EN 1873 and may be considered non-fragile under the latest guidance of HSG33 Health and Safety in Roofwork.
